Collaborated with Customer Success managers to design communication materials tailored to different client profiles. For enterprise accounts, visuals were typically customized by merging Betterfly’s identity with the client’s branding, or fully adapting to the client’s visual guidelines, to ensure alignment and a more personalized experience, and for smaller clients, maintained Betterfly’s core brand identity, adapting only the content to meet specific communication goals. These assets were primarily developed for Slack or WhatsApp communication, email campaigns, one-pagers, and presentation decks, ensuring clear, consistent channel messaging.
